POLICIES:

CANCELLATION: It is agreed that the renter may cancel this agreement by furnishing MMM with written notice not less than (60) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Upon receiving such notice, MMM shall refund all received deposits for above mentioned rental property less ten percent (10%). If cancellation is made less than sixty (60) days prior to renters scheduled arrival date and unit is re-rented, all funds held by MMM shall be refunded less ten percent (10%). If unsuccessful in re-renting, all funds paid to MMM shall be retained by MMM. The renter also agrees that if the deposits were made by credit card that all refunds will be issued by MMM and not directly through the credit card company. All credit card fees are non¬refundable.

TELEPHONE: All telephone calls should be made either collect, by credit card or charged to a third party. Any long distance charges which appear on the owner’s bill will be re-billed to the renter with a $25 service charge.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: The condominium or home that you have rented may be for sale. If so, or office may call you to set up a convenient time for a showing during your stay.
Parking: (SKI SEASON ONLY) Parking inside the village area during the winter does require a parking permit on your vehicle. MMM provides one to two permits for each rental (depending on the size of your rental unit) Extra permits can be arranged for and purchased through our office for the price of $25.00 each.

PETS: There are no pets allowed in any of our properties.

MMM does agree that the above mentioned unit shall be clean upon renter’s arrival with linens and towels provided at no additional cost. The following housekeeping service shall be included in your rental: *One (1) midweek clean for stays of 7 nights or more. Any additional service can be provided at renters request at $32 per hour.

The renter does agree not to endanger or damage the rental property or its contents. MMM will not be responsible for any acts of negligence by the renter, his or her guests, or invitee during occupancy of the rental property. The renter agrees to be responsible to MMM for any and all damages sustained to the rental property, or its contents, during the rental period due to neglect of the renter or invitee.
